Technical expertise:
- Having a solid knowledge of Manufacturing Technology.
- An extensive knowledge of Workshop Equipments & Machineries.
- Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings
- Creative in developing / selecting the suitable manufacturing technology for quality products
- Having experiences at least 10 years in managing manufacturing workshop
- Creative in developing / selecting the suitable manufacturing technology for quality products
- Ability to set up and carry out workshop management systems.
- Proven track record in bringing design into manufacturing
- Min Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics)
- Understanding of operational management in workshop.
- Firm knowledge of General Management, Organization Development and Human Resources Development Management.
- Able to develop and apply control management and performance management in Workshop
- Good knowledge of workshop budget and cost control.
- Good command of English
