- S1 graduates of all majors
- Have knowledge of security
- Has leadership skills, cooperation and human resource management
- Have experience supervising subordinate min. 2 years min. 10 people.
- Have good communication skills
- Discipline, assertive and result oriented
- Having knowledge and experience of relationships with stakeholders (government agencies, police, security)
- Mastering MS Office programs and able to make a written report
